Bouchon in Beverly Hills - French Cuisine

Bouchon, Chef Thomas Keller’s restaurant featuring traditional bistro inspired cuisine, opened in Beverly Hills on November 18, 2009 in the Beverly Hills Gardens building. This marks the third of Keller’s classic yet casual restaurant, joining outposts in Yountville and Las Vegas.

Bouchon’s menu consists of French country bistro fare including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, boudin noir and profiteroles. Seasonal offerings change through the year and are complemented by Vin de Carafe, a unique wine program that brings recognition to wine producers from Southern California.

Located at 235 North Canon Drive, Bouchon Bistro is open seven days a week. Lunch hours are from 11:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. and dinner from 5:30 P.M. – 10:30 P.M. Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 A.M – 2:30 P.M. Bouchon also features several private dining options, for both large-scale events and more intimate occasions.
